Sesame Projects collaborated with Lo & Sons, a New York-based Asian-American family-owned company, to launch their newest Aoyama bag designed for travel and everyday use. The modular strap design and luxury materials at an accessible price point required a campaign that reflected the bag's versatility and global inspiration. We produced and managed a global photo and video campaign spanning New York and Tokyo to capture the bag's origin story through local creative voices.
In Tokyo, photographer Saeka Shimada documented Mao Brazil, a model and organic juice shop owner in Shibuya, showcasing the creative entrepreneur lifestyle that inspired the design. In New York, DP/videographer Jonah Schwartz captured Queens native artist/DJ Maachew Bentley in his neighborhood and during his residency at The Lot Radio, emphasizing the bag's urban functionality.
The content launched across Lo & Sons' social channels and website, providing fresh international creative context that elevated the brand's storytelling and product positioning.
